• Juvenile Sealing of Records is where records of an offense committed while the person was under 18 years of age can be sealed from view.
• Governor's Pardon, and in some instances, a Presidential Pardon, is where the government elects to reverse a conviction or commute a sentence. Once the offense is pardoned, it may be expunged.
